You may cancel the agreement by providing written notice to support@financevine.ca at least 5 days prior to your next subscription renewal date. No other method will be accepted (verbal or an email to your account manager for example if not sufficient).
FinanceVine will not ask permission before billing and the onus is on the agent to inform FinanceVine of any cancellation requests through the proper channel.
Cancellation requests received with less than 5 days’ notice will be applied to the following month’s subscription renewal date. No refunds will be issued for any payments processed before receiving the cancellation notice.
This same policy applies to “pausing” of the account and lead delivery as well. If the pause is longer than 60 days a new agreement needs to be signed upon your return. Indicate to support the length of the pause when submitting your request.
