# 3. Cancellation Policy and/or Pausing Delivery

You may cancel the agreement by providing written notice to **support@financevine.ca** at least **5 days prior to your next subscription renewal date**. No other method will be accepted (verbal or an email to your account manager for example if not sufficient).

**FinanceVine** will not ask permission before billing and the onus is on the agent to inform **FinanceVine** of any cancellation requests through the proper channel.

Cancellation requests received with less than 5 days' notice will be applied to the following month's subscription renewal date. ****No refunds will be issued for any payments processed before receiving the cancellation notice.****

This **same policy** applies to "**pausing**" of the account and lead delivery as well.  If the pause is longer than **60 days**, a new agreement needs to be signed upon your return. Indicate to **support@financevine.ca** the length of the pause when submitting your request.
